A site plan will be developed by Wheaton Snow & Ice and Lawn Care and your site manager in order to address all of your needs and concerns. Our site plan priorities include, but are not limited to;

• All Handicap parking and ADA means of ingress/egress is cleared of snow and de-iced.
  
• All Fire Lanes & Fire Hydrants are maintained.
  
• No snow stacking (or piles) at entrances to assure there are no visual obstructions when pulling out into traffic.
  
• All special notes and directives for your property are completed.
  
• Routine inspections for Black Ice and Drifting Snow.
  
• All driveway and parking lot entrances are cleared from snow left by city plows.
